Founded by Patrick Morewood in 2012 as the culmination of a lifetime spent riding, racing, designing and manufacturing bikes at the highest level. Pyga has grown into a close-knit family of like-minded people determined to fulfil the dream of bringing world-class design, engineering, and handmade quality to the rider in a relaxed, approachable and affordable way.

Bespoke custom bike build
Pyga has a range of frames to cater for your riding style and needs.
From XC - Trail biking all the way to Enduro and DH Framesets
After we placed the frame order the frame then gets manufactured and welded together for you in Cape Town, South Africa.
This takes around 3 weeks till it arrives in Switzerland.
While we wait for your frameset to be produced, we acquire all the needed parts.
Custom wheel builds are preferred.
For that extra niche vibe we recommend Csixx components for stems and chainrings as these can get shipped with your frameset from South Africa.
Once we have everything on the bench, we then start your dream build. This is the Final day before you get to ride the best bike you have ever owned!
